I used to use a 3m precise pad with the gel wrist rest and loved it but never could find another one exactly like mine before I slowly destroyed it over the years. I ended up buying a Razer Goliathus control pad which I honestly did like, but I still longed for my old hard pad and wrist rest. Came across this Roccat Alumic on some website featuring a review on gaming mouse pads and it was pitted against the Razer Vespula. The reviewer liked this pad a ton more, the Vespula had tons of small air bubbles and based off his review I just decided I really wanted this pad, but of course when I went to buy one it was not available in the states.
Fast-forward a year later and while browsing online the other day with a new co-worker who happens to be a huge gamer as well starts talking to me about his keyboard and mousepad. Never have to worry about finding a hard surface again. Only downside is that it is pretty big. I understand it may not be meant for traveling and such, but I don't think gamers need anything this big. If you don't have a lot of space to place a mousepad then I suggest you look for something a bit smaller.

the bad: no warranty, it should came with 5yrs on it base on it's build. ready hate to buy another one base on the cost please let it last i won't buy any other brands mouse pad again
